A tizenkét apostol között az Istenanyát láthatjuk középen, jobbján Péter, balján Pál apostol. Fent a galamb képében megjelent Szentlélekből vörös lángnyelvek indulnak az apostolok felé. Görög nyelven a pünkösd feliratot olvashatjuk, vagyis a Szentlélek lejövetelének ünnepét. Lent sötét mezőben a "kozmosz" jelképes, koronás, ősz szakállas alakja helyezkedik el. Ő a világmindenséget személyesíti meg. A kompozíció elrendezése rideg, az apostolok mozdulatai merevek. Az ikon ünnepélyességét a pompás, brokátra emlékeztető öltözékek és a domináló színek, a vörös és az arany kapcsolata fokozza.

Among the twelve Apostles the God-Mother can be seen in the middle. On the right side Saint Peter, on the left side Paul Apostle. On the top of picture Piegon can be seen representing the Holy Spirit with red flames towards the Apostles. In Greek „The Whitsun” can be read the feast of the descend of the Holy Spirit. At the bottom in dark field the „Cosmos” can be seen with traditional symbols of crown and grey bearded representation which represents the Universum. The arrangement of the composition is unfriendly, the gesture of the Apostles are rigid. The solemnity of the composition is enhanced by the dresses similar to brunch of flowers and dominating colours are red and gold in harmony.
